I liked all of this until I got to #7. Boys are not all the same and I resent being lumped in with the douchetards. And all girls are not different, I can prove this by snapping some photos of high school girls (I won’t because that’s creepy) who all dress the exact same, do their hair the same, speak the same and have the same affectations.

Though I suppose it could be reasonably argued that high school is not reality and many kids are just trying to live through the daily ordeal of it all by blending in as much as possible.

But I still resent being lumped in with “all boys”.

erik, i totally agree and also paused on that one. why the generalization? i thought about adding a disclaimer to the post on that item, as not only do i think it’s unfair to lump all men together, part of me thinks that the ‘all girls are different’ statement is a thin disguise for “women are crazy”.

I will say as well, when I first saw this guide on somebody’s FB page a few weeks ago, #7 totally ruined it for me. I was like “Nice try but no.” And then I guess all was lost for me: Even #8 doesn’t resonate for me, and #9 irritated me too. I agree that there is no such thing as good and evil but right and bad, consistent and wrong – huh? That seems just as absolutist as distinguishing between good and evil.
