The Evolution [of Fashion] is a bi-yearly event created by Gail B. Shrive to promote local Fashion Designers like herself as well as local artists and musicians.

Designers are hand picked for their style and unique abilities in developing original works of art. All items shown at the event are held to the standards of “Scratch to Finish”. Meaning that no item shown can be simply bought or altered. All shared items must be original works of art created by the designers own hands.
