Gasp! Sorry about your car, sorry you had to go through that, at a loss for any other words except sorry ….
ugg, what’s up with all false profit cars getting totally fucked lately?
A riot no doubt. They shoulda stuck to destroying cop cars instead of costing regular people money to fix their cars.
Sorry to hear about your car. I hope there are no more incidents like this. Really a shame that a mans death is just creating so much more destruction to people that have nothing to do with it.
This sucks so bad. I’m from Chicago and remember riots there (once when the Bulls WON the championship game for the second time in two years) where people would just form a big mob and trash cars and shops. Whether they were happy. Whether they were mad. Whether they just were bored.
I’m so sorry this is all happening. I feel for the people who are upset about the unnecessary death of the BART rider, but come on. Trashing innocent people’s cars and stores? Not cool at all. It only detracts from the cause.
While your car getting bashed up is a total bummer, I’m glad you weren’t in it while it was happening. Pretty scary stuff. I listened to alot of talk radio today and the main question I have is, how does destroying cars, smashing business windows and generalized mayhem have anything to do with the shooting of Oscar Grant? The other one is, where are the protests for all of the other murders in Oakland?
I’m glad you are okay but sorry for your poor car.
that is so fucked up! i’m so sorry!!!
This makes me glad to live where I live….for once! Sorry about your poor car!
You’ve probably all seen this by now, but anyway:

I’m sorry about your car. The points folks have raised here, and elsewhere, about the pointlessness of violence are legitimate. However, I don’t think it is that difficult to understand why the rioters reacted the way they did.
