I really like our bed now, especially because it conforms to my body better as my body heat warms it up. Think of the new mattress like a new pair of boots, they need a little wearing before they are just right for you and then you, hopefully, love them to tatters. Turns out, they suck all the air out of the things for shipping (you know like the vacuum seal stuff they sell on as-seen-on-tv) It's more that you have to give the matress a few days... a week maybe... to get all that air back in the matress.
