clarifying your goals and objectives….
this is something that i’ve been assisting clients and organizations with for years.
yet, when it comes to my own, i am lost.

Yeah, I had breakfast with an old friend in LA last week, and she was like, “So, what’s your master plan?” And all I could think of to say was “To keep not working too much and still support myself.” THAT’S my master plan? Er….
Never a bad idea to think longer term. Nor is it bad to keep some shorter term goals in mind. To that end, I’m working on a post to outline and define some goals over the next three years.
G&O become much more important when it isn’t just you in the picture, I’ve got to make solid plans a couple of years out for my boys! Luckily, I work in the school district they will attend and have my pick of schools they can go to (obviously we’ll be choosing the top-ranked schools, one of which I work at already and know the staff very well).
