well, at the very least we got tickets for the June 17 simulcast. and, unlike we did with Prince, this time we won’t forget!

man, the only venue in chicago is way the hell out in the ‘burbs (same one that aired Prince) and it’s virtually impossible to get there after work in rush hour traffic.
boohoo, but david byrne is playing the skyline stage that night, so i think i’ll just hit the live music instead….
Whoo hoo! We have a movie theatre within walking distance from our apartment and it’s actually going to have the show!!!
that said, i’m still sad. i’ll probably cry through the whole thing anyway.
i’m pretty sure i’ll cry at the theatre too. it’ll be a totally weird scene, i think – people dancing like mad in a movie theatre. but, since we always sneak beer into the movies anyway, it won’t be totally different! i wonder what will happen during setbreak?? (a lot of sneaking off to the parking lot, i’ll bet…..)
yeah i wasn’t around a computer at six.. oh well. have fun!

first prince, then the interview, and i remember past ticket onsale dates you’ve forgotton. take some ginkoba (or however it is spelled) girl!!
i already got the tickets last night, mike. i’m not going to forget to GO, like i did with Prince.
WOOHOO!! I just bought myself some tix!! Now, if I can get Jayeesha and Ben Z to come with, too…
